Thank you for visiting our site. My name is Jeff and I am the Managing Broker here at market to sell. Many of you may already know who I am from being an active member in the community. I received my undergrad from NIU with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. In January 05, I graduated with my MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
I enjoy wrenching on anything with 4 wheels and I enjoy real estate. So when I am not spending time with my wife and our beautiful daughters, you can either find me with a wrench in my hand or a computer on my lap.
Just about everyone has a different opinion about real estate. Some hate the idea of moving and can not stand the thought of driving around new neighborhoods to look for a different home. Some move and can't wait to start shopping for their next home. Others think of the house as purely an investment, believing that if you buy 3 the 4th house is free. This may be true but in today's marketplace, it may take a bit longer to achieve such an aggressive goal.
I'm somewhere in the middle of all of this. I think real estate is a fascinating subject. It is one of the few things that could make you or break you based solely on one decision. It is for this reason that I created this brokerage. I wanted to offer my successes and failures up to the public so that you can learn from my experiences. I've bought and sold many properties and I understand the market place better than most.
Much like in your professional roles, if you surround yourself with knowledgeable people who are easy to work with, your chances of success are going to be greater. It is no different in real estate.
